I’ve been an accountant for over 20 years, and throughout that time, I’ve seen how overwhelming financial management can be for small business owners. Many entrepreneurs are deeply committed to their work but find themselves buried under disorganized records, missed deadlines, and constant uncertainty around cash flow. I started Greer Consulting to change that. My goal is to support people who are great at what they do but need help keeping their books in order—so they can focus on growing their business instead of trying to make sense of the numbers.

What drives me is more than just a skill for accounting. I genuinely enjoy working with numbers, creating structure, and bringing order to what often feels like financial chaos. There’s something deeply satisfying about turning a stack of scattered receipts or months of backlog into a clean, understandable set of books. I believe that when business owners understand their finances, they make better decisions and build stronger operations.
